To the fullest extent permitted by law, muse image and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service. Aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
